Judge Napolitano: Obama Lied to Americans about Clinton Emails

Judge Andrew Napolitano

Among the most recent revelations from seminal government watchdog and whistle-blower organization Wikileaks, is information indicating that President Barack Obama did indeed know about Clinton’s private server — and lied to the American people about it. Hillary’s campaign manager John Podesta was clearly concerned about cleaning this unfortunate mess up.

Fox News senior judicial analyst, Judge Napolitano, was quick to weigh in on the legal realities, and possible ramifications, of this latest reveal.

Reporter: When did you first learn that Hillary Clinton used an email system outside the U.S. government for official business while she was secretary of state?

President Obama: The same time everyone else learned it — through news reports.

Judge Napolitano:  The president lied directly, and pointedly, to the American people on that. And the question becomes why? Why did he lie? Why did the FBI agent in charge of the investigation, a 40 year veteran who had once run the New York office, the Philadelphia office, and the D.C. office quit in the middle of the investigation; saying it’s going sideways — law enforcement jargon for “nowhere by design.” I think I have the answer … The president feared that if Mrs. Clinton was indicted and tried, guess who the first defense witness would be? Him!

What do you think? Should the president just be able to lie to the American people any and every which way he or she wants to? The answer to this question is very important, because when people pull the lever for Hillary Clinton … continuous lying is indisputably what they are implicitly “OKing” for at least the next 4 years.
