Top Ten NES Games That Are Still Fun Today

2) Super Spike V’ball

So much fun can be had around your NES if you have some friends over and you play Super Spike V’Ball. This is a title that you may not have heard of before, and that’s OK. The game is a 2v2 beach volleyball match (or tournament) in which teams compete to earn enough points to win the game. There are quite a few different control options for your character depending on whether the he/she is on offense or defense. My personal favorite is the Super Spike which knocks down any player who attempts to block it! Super Spike V’Ball has four-player support (enabled by the NES Four Score) and this makes it all the more fun. It also features Billy and Jimmy from Double Dragon as one of the selectable teams to play. The four-player support, variety of options for offense and defense, SNES-like graphics and the fact that it allows you to play as Double Dragon all make this game a timeless treasure.
