2) Be Honest
Honesty is always appreciated in anything you do. World of Warcraft is no different. Be honest to guild-mates when they ask you how they performed or what you would like to do. Also, make sure you are honest with yourself. What do you do well? What did you do not so well and can improve upon? It will be extremely difficult to improve if you aren’t honest with the areas that you need improvement upon.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Being honest is not the same as being mean. Make sure to remember, especially when giving others feedback, that you can be polite and be honest at the same time.
